Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is opening a Greeley, CO outpatient therapy site and seeks a licensed therapist or candidate to join part-time, serving 10–20 clients weekly. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, collaborative team support, and streamlined administrative services to maximize client care.

Clinicians benefit from centralized administrative, training, and credentialing support, with opportunities for telehealth where clinically indicated.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college.
• In progress toward licensure in the designated field with Colorado license eligibility.
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and clinical documentation.
• Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Timely completion and submission of service documentation; familiarity with diverse client bases.
• Proficiency with Office 365; Valant experience a plus; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission of closing care gaps.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, schools, and medical staff as needed.

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

We are so excited to bring Ellie Mental Health to Greeley, CO and Northern Colorado. We are looking for passionate and creative licensed or licensed candidate therapists to join our team! Part-time would be considered seeing between 10 and 20 clients weekly. These hours can flexibly schedule to meet caseload.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Contribute to a thriving team culture

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPCC etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
• Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Pass a background check
• Licensed Clinicians who are currently credentialed with insurance panels are a plus!
• Bilingual clinicians a plus!
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends a plus!
