Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Greeley, CO currently seeks a licensed or licensure-track Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for a part-time role, serving 10–20 clients weekly. The position may include evenings/weekends and telehealth where clinically indicated.

You’ll join a mission-driven team offering strong support, centralized services, and a focus on work-life balance. Compensation is competitive with base hourly pay plus commission, plus benefits like PTO, supervision, and license renewal

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college.
• Current or in-progress licensure in Colorado (LMFT/LPC/LCSW/LPCC etc.).
• Experience with treatment planning, case notes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnoses and create/monitor treatment plans per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to fulfill the mission.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, schools, and other Ellie staff.
• Document sessions per guidelines and attend staff meetings and trainings.

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

Be a part of a national movement to end the stigma, fill the gaps, and bring greater innovation to mental health!

We are so excited to bring Ellie Mental Health to Greeley, CO and Northern Colorado. We are looking for passionate and creative licensed or licensed candidate therapists to join our team! Part-time would be considered seeing between 10 and 20 clients weekly. These hours can flexibly schedule to meet caseload.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Contribute to a thriving team culture

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPCC etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
• Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Pass a background check
• Licensed Clinicians who are currently credentialed with insurance panels are a plus!
• Bilingual clinicians a plus!
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends a plus!
