Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Norwalk, CT for a full-time hybrid role. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse client base, building toward a 25-session weekly caseload with support from our team.

The position offers a base salary range of $65,000–$90,000 per year, plus commission and paid admin time. In-person and telehealth options are available, with W-2 employment and opportunities for supervision and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field.
• Connecticut credential in good standing (Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD; Pre-licensed: LMSW, LPCA, or LMFTA).
• Experience with intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Strong communication skills and healthy boundaries with clients.
• Timely, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and carry out treatment plans.
• Build toward a full-time caseload of about 25 client sessions per week with team support.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Coordinate care and keep documentation current in the EHR.
• Deliver a great client experience and help fill gaps in community care.
• Join staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.

Ellie Mental Health is on a mission to improve and expand access to quality mental health care. This full-time, hybrid role lets you set your own schedule and see clients in person, via telehealth, or both. Licensed and pre-licensed clinicians are welcome.
