Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Evenings & Weekends)

Opportunities include individual, family, group therapy, and Telehealth, with evening and weekend hours to support client needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
2. Maintain caseloads: Full-time (27+ clients/week, Schedule 32), Part-time (20+ clients/week, Schedule 25).
3. Provide excellent client service and collaborate with team members.
4. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
5. Complete documentation per guidelines.
6. Coordinate with other professionals and stakeholders.
7. Attend staff meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Valid state licensure (PLPC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, HSPP, etc.) in Missouri; provisionally licensed candidates considered.
• Availability for afternoon/evening hours and at least one weekend day.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and teens.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Timely documentation skills.
• Comfort with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Ability to pass background check.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with couples, families, or children.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and documentation.
