Who we are looking for:

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Evenings & Weekends)! The ideal candidate will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health care and thrive in a culture emphasizing autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Opportunities include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as Telehealth. This role supports client needs for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
2. Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week (Schedule 32) for full-time clinicians; 20 visits (Schedule 25) for part-time clinicians.
3. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to serve community needs.
4. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
5. Prepare and submit documentation for each session per guidelines.
6. Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff as needed.
7. Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Clinical licensure (PLPC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, HSPP, etc.) with a valid Missouri license. Provisionally licensed candidates are considered.
• Availability for afternoon/evening hours Monday-Friday and at least one weekend day.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Timely documentation skills.
• Comfort working with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with couples, families, or children.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
