Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related behavioral health field.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, SFT) and psychopharmacology basics is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group counseling under supervision using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychosocial histories.
• Develop and review treatment plans with measurable goals and regular supervisory input.
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Document services in EHR per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination with primary care and care teams.
