Job summary

Mamaya Health is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will deliver clinical care under the Outpatient Clinical Team Lead, uphold our mission and values, and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered practice.

This role emphasizes flexible, autonomous work with a focus on measurement-based care, documentation, and coordination with other providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field.
• Independently licensed in Georgia (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc.).
• Experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy as needed.
• Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and addressing KPIs.
• Routinely utilize measurement-based care and track client outcomes.

Job Duties + Functions

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators
• Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
• Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate.
• Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc) in the state of Georgia.
• Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
