Your Role & Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop, implement, and maintain personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our advanced EHR systems.
Client Engagement:
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week with a diverse clientele—and the flexibility to see more if desired.
  • Utilize creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to filling community gaps in mental health care.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, training, supervision, and community outreach initiatives.
Care Coordination:
  • Ensure continuity of care by effectively managing your assigned client caseload.
  • Engage in community involvement and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
  • Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
Experience & Technical Proficiency:
  • Demonstrated experience with intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation.
  • Proficiency with Apple products, EHR systems (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other digital platforms.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
Additional Requirements:
  • Background check.
  • Willingness to work in our Upper St. Clair office for at least part of the week.
