This position is hybrid with required days in office. The perfect candidate will have a desire to provide fun, positive, results-driven therapy to a diverse clientele. Candidate will have knowledge and expertise in providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and family systems. Responsibilities and Duties:- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Community involvement and engagement.
- A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!
Qualifications and Skills:- Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
- Candidates should have full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other software platforms.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to come into the office in Monroeville, PA at least part of the week.

- Compensation: $55,000-$113,000+ per year.
