Ellie Mental Health - 157 in Virginia Beach is hiring therapists to provide individualized, evidence-based therapy across a diverse client population. You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation while managing a full-time caseload of 25 sessions weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Virginia clinical licensure or Resident in Counseling status.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort utilizing EHR systems.
• For telehealth, private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
