Job summary

Senior Life Solutions seeks a master-level Therapist / Social Worker / Counselor for an Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program serving older adults in Imperial, NE. The role supports a senior population (65+) with an emphasis on group therapy and collaborative care.

Licensure in Social Work or Counseling is required (LISW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent). Supervision is available for provisionally licensed clinicians; preferences include compassionate, accountable care within a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state; LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. – required
• Experience or ability to work with older adult population (65+) with compassion and accountability

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team to provide services to the senior population
• Develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with the team using evidenced-based approaches
• Provide Medicare-compliant documentation within established time frames
• Contribute to group therapy as the main modality while offering individual and family sessions as needed
• Assist with local community education and other duties as assigned

We’re hiring a master level Therapist / Social Worker / Counselor to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in Imperial, NE - this is the newest program in the state of Nebraska set to open January 2027 with staff starting in November / December 2025!

Up to $96,000, depending on experience

Schedule

Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p)

*PMC can provide supervision for provisionally licensed Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population
• Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team
• Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame
• Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:
• Individual sessions
• Family therapy (as needed)
• Assist with local community education
• Other duties as assigned
