We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution

• Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with independent practice ability and potential supervisory experience

• Experience in psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Be able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly

• Comfort working with diverse populations

• Proficiency in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems

• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services for individuals, families, and groups.

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create treatment plans, and complete documentation.

• For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.

• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.

• Advocate for clients by coordinating services with other personnel.

• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with individuals, couples and families

• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services provided in an outpatient setting, community resources, and insurance billing

• Certification in specialty treatment modalities

• Fluent in a language in addition to English
