Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Fairfax City clinic. You will provide individual, family, or group therapy to diverse clients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires Virginia licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or similar), a master's degree in behavioral health, and experience with assessments and documentation. We offer flexible scheduling, supervision, and a supportive culture.

• Experience with assessments, documentation, and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy
• Create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the team
• Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with relevant support systems, and complete light administrative tasks

What You’ll Do
