Job summary

Department of Veterans Affairs in Manchester, NH seeks a Registered Nurse for Outpatient Mental Health to deliver patient-centered, recovery-oriented care. You will coordinate with inpatient units, lead psychoeducational groups, and document assessments and plans in accordance with facility policy.

The role requires RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and offers opportunities for EDRP involvement; schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, not telework.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with RN licensure.
• Current, full, active nursing license in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered and recovery-oriented care in outpatient MH.
• Coordinate care with inpatient MH units and interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead nurse-led psychoeducational groups.
• Document triage, risk screens, and patient plans of care.
• Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies.
