Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with ADN/BSN.
• PMH-BC or CARN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, recovery-oriented care in outpatient MH.
• Coordinate care with inpatient units and MH team meetings.
• Use therapeutic communication, de-escalation, and education for Veterans and families.
• Document triage assessments, risk screens, and care plans.
