Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program; BSN preferred but not required.
• Current RN license with Kansas State Board of Nursing.
• Two years in psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls, address medication questions and refills per protocol.
• Administer medications, manage MAP, and coordinate sample distribution.
• Handle crisis calls and arrange admissions or follow-up care.
• Liaise with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, hospitals, and clinics.
• Maintain clinical documentation within 72 hours and protect confidentiality.
