Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a predictable, daytime outpatient role in mental health? Prairie View is seeking a skilled, independent Outpatient RN to join our team in Wichita, KS.
In this role, you will serve as the key clinical bridge between our psychiatric prescribers, patients, pharmacies, and community partners—delivering direct nursing support, triage, medication management, and crisis intervention in a supportive clinic environment.
Prescriber & Patient Liaison: Triage patient calls, address medication questions/side effects, coordinate prescription refills per protocol, and follow up on physician, ARNP, and PA orders.
Clinic Nursing Care: Administer medications, manage patient medication assistance programs (MAP), coordinate sample distribution, and maintain secure inventory controls.

Minimum Education: Graduate from accredited program of nursing education; BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree preferred but not required; current Registered Nurse license with Kansas State Board of Nursing required
