Oceans Lubbock is seeking an Outpatient Program RN to provide nursing care for patients in an inpatient/outpatient mental health setting. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, applying the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care in a safe environment.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with 1+ year in acute medical/surgical or psychiatric settings preferred. You will assess, document, administer meds, educate patients and coordinate with the care team to support recovery.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Prefer 1+ year in acute medical/surgical or acute psychiatric setting.
• Able to work in high-stress environments.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient needs using assessment scales and document findings.
• Communicate assessment findings to care team and document in records.
• Provide nursing care per treatment plan with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform nursing procedures, vital signs, and patient education.
• Administer medications and ensure safe self-administration where applicable.
• Coordinate patient transport and follow-up on care responsibilities.
