Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a mid-level Clinical Director to provide leadership and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams within the Stanislaus County Psychiatric Health Facility. The role includes coordinating quality improvement efforts and sharing on-call duties, with a standard 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, and full-time status.

The position requires a Master's degree in Social Services, applicable licensure, and prior leadership experience in mental health

Qualifications

• Masters or higher degree in Social Services.
• Current licensure/registration in the state as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, RN, Ph.D./Psy.D.; WA LICSW, LMHC where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role in relevant setting.
• Three years of postgraduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and programs.
• Assist Administrator with quality improvement duties.
• Participate in structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within designated timelines.
