Position Title
Compensation (Pay/Benefits)
Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $68,827 - $76,065 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness!
Schedule:
Part-time to Full-time roles available - Part-time roles paid at $33.09 - $36.57/hr.

Program Summary:
Our Outpatient Mental Health Program is seeking qualified candidates to provide outpatient mental health care to caregivers and families with children aged prenatal to eight. Our treatment philosophy and clinical practice utilizes attachment theory and interventions such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Circle of Security Parenting Program. Clinicians also engage in regular reflective practice through supervision and group consultation.
Position Overview:
Provide psychotherapy to children, caregivers, and families, with an emphasis on supporting caregiver-child relationships. Caregivers are active participants in treatment. Participate in individual supervision, group consultation, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications:
Education
Minimum of a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Social Work is required. LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities. Clinical Trainees (LGSW's, LAMFT, LPCC clinical trainee) will be considered if they have proven clinical experience with children and families that is clearly indicated on their resume.
Experience
A minimum of one-year post-master's preferred, with clinical experience working with children who struggle with emotional and behavioral challenges. Knowledge of: infant and early childhood mental health; family-centered work; child development, attachment theory, child abuse/neglect; trauma; reflective, relationship-based practice; working across cultures.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to build and maintain relationships; self-awareness; curiosity; sound judgment; ability to communicate effectively; empathy and compassion; assessment, diagnosing, and treatment planning.
