Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. seeks an Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to deliver therapy and support services to adults with emotional and mental health challenges in an outpatient setting.

The role includes crisis interventions, assessments, and culturally responsive care, with a 2+ year outpatient background preferred and a 68,640 USD annual starting salary plus licensure-based adjustments. The position is based in Manchester, NH, with potential weekly work at a new Military & Veterans

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling or related field.
• Licensed as LICSW, LCMHC or LMFT.
• Couples counseling experience preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.

• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.

Job Description: $2,500 Sign On Bonus! We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to join our team! The individual in this key position will provide therapy and support services to adults experiencing emotional and mental health challenges with the opportunity to serve diverse populations including Veterans, couples and community members. This clinician will deliver evidence-based, person centered care in an outpatient setting, helping clients work towards an improved quality of life. Additional responsibilities include:

• Deliver individualized, person-centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA-compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise.
• Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
• Maintain 65% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.

• Minimum two (2) years' experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred

Compensation: Starting 68,640 annually, with additional compensation based upon experience, education and licensure. Sign On Bonus is paid at 3 and 6 months of continued full-time employment - the bonus is subject to all taxes, deductions and voluntary deductions elected.

Hours: This is a full-time position. This role is based in Manchester, NH, with the opportunity to work one day per week at our new Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin, NH!
