Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of full-time clinical and clerical healthcare experience or completion of a medical assistant program.
• EMR experience preferred and beneficial.
• Current certification for Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place patients in exam rooms and document vitals and visit reasons.
• Perform screening measurements (BP, height, weight, etc.) and document results.
• Maintain exam room supplies and ensure cleanliness.
• Prepare rooms for procedures and assist physicians during exams.
• Handle patient scheduling, referrals, and appointment changes.
• Greets patients, answers phones, screens calls, and manages front-desk tasks.
