Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in counseling, social, or health services field.
• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• 1–2+ years of counseling or social services experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate individual and group counseling.
• Plan, oversee, document patient recovery and treatment plans.
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed.
• Document patient care, treatment, and incidents clearly and timely.
• Prepare and update individual treatment plans for assigned patients.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Assess patient needs and determine referral requirements.
• Plan aftercare for assigned patients as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Manage casework for patients, ensuring quality care.
