Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in social/health services, MAT familiarity, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in social or health services required.
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with MAT (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).
• Experience conducting individual and group counseling for substance use recovery.
• Knowledge of CBT, MI, relapse prevention techniques.
• Documentation experience in clinical notes and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate guidance in individual and group sessions.
• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient recovery.
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed.
• Ensure all documentation is timely and clear.
• Prepare individual treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Evaluate needs and refer to other programs when needed.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Conduct case management and liaise with referral sources.
