Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our ambulatory/outpatient clinic in West Hollywood, CA. The role requires at least 2 years of ambulatory experience and an active California LVN license.

Applicants must hold BLS certification and have experience with IV therapy, blood withdrawal, and the Epic EHR system. Flu vaccination is mandatory; there are no on-call or weekend shifts required, and flexibility to float between units is expected.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Required certifications: BLS, IV therapy, and blood withdrawal.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.

Responsibilities
