Qualifications

• Must have a current, unrestricted Ohio license as LISW or LSW.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a primary care or acute care setting.
• Experience working with children and families required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based counseling services to all ages.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.
• Minimal charting due to the implementation of Epic EMR.
