Job summary

Qualifications

• Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact licensure.
• CPR required within orientation period.
• Point of Care certifications as required for department within orientation period.
• One year or more of LPN experience preferred; clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake procedures including vital signs, health histories, medication reconciliation, and preparation for provider assessments.
• Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments as delegated and in accordance with licensure, clinic protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Complete point of care testing, collect and package laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate documentation and timely transport.
• Support care coordination by communicating patient needs, assisting with follow up instructions, and reinforcing provider education.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical areas and ensure equipment, supplies, and exam rooms are prepared for patient care.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document care, manage task lists, and support efficient clinic workflows.
