Job summary

Trinity Health Community Clinic in Velva, ND is seeking a Part Time LPN to deliver patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient setting under supervision of providers and RNs. You will prepare patients for visits, perform point-of-care testing, administer treatments, and support smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Clinic LPN provides patient-centered nursing care within Trinity Health's outpatient clinic setting under the direction of providers, RNs, and the Clinical Services Manager. This role supports daily clinical workflows by preparing patients for visits, performing point-of-care testing, administering ordered treatments, and assisting with care coordination activities. The Clinic LPN contributes to a positive patient experience by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting clear communication between patients and the care team, and promoting safe, efficient clinic operations. Through collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards, this position helps uphold quality care delivery in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Physical Requirements

The Clinic LPN frequently stands, walks, bends, and assists patients throughout the workday. Environmental Requirements

The position requires adherence to standard precautions, PPE use, and infection prevention protocols. The LPN may experience variable patient volumes, interruptions, and changing priorities while supporting multiple providers or clinic areas, and may be required to travel to satellite locations depending on operational needs.
