Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Akron, OH, seeks an experienced LPN for outpatient nursing care. The role supports physicians, handles patient intake, chart preparation, injections, dressing changes, and referrals to ensure safe, efficient care and a positive patient experience.

Requires a valid Ohio LPN license and BLS within 3 months. Travel between clinic locations may be needed; full-time, non-exempt position with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio LPN license; BLS within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with outpatient/ambulatory care preferable; pediatric/adult settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support physicians in outpatient setting.
• Handle clinical/administrative tasks: intake, chart prep, assist procedures, injections, dressings, referrals.
