New Season is seeking an LPN for our outpatient clinic in Orange Park, FL. This role offers a rewarding nursing career with no overnight shifts, excellent work-life balance, and opportunities to grow alongside an experienced clinical team.

You will provide compassionate outpatient nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, take vitals, document care, and support the Medical Director and RN in a collaborative setting.

Formación

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• At least 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Administering medications and documenting patient care.
• Monitoring patients before dosing.
• Taking vital signs and assisting with clinical assessments.
• Supporting the Medical Director and Registered Nurse.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinic environment.
