Job summary

Apalachee Center, Inc. seeks an Outpatient Float LPN to provide compassionate nursing care across multiple outpatient clinics, support psychiatric providers, administer medications, and coordinate injection clinics.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and patient-focused, with current Florida LPN license, CPR, CPI certifications, and a valid driver's license; prior behavioral health experience is preferred. This is a full-time, non-exempt role supporting MAT services.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license per Florida Statute 464.
• CPR certification maintained during employment.
• CPI certification maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in assigned outpatient clinics.
• Administer prescribed medications, including injections, per standards.
• Coordinate injection clinics and assist with MAT services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
