Job summary
Inova Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team in a full-time day position. The clinic operates Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with the Walk-In Clinic open 7:30am–5:30pm and Saturday 8am–12pm.

Qualifications
- Education: Vocational/Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing.
- License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Experience: 0 years of experience.
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN.
- Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities in accordance with documentation standards.
- Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees.
- Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
