Ohio State University Physicians seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing services under physician direction in outpatient settings. You will support nursing care plans, perform sterile dressings, oxygen therapy, and other procedures to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

• Graduate of a school of Practical Nursing.
• Current Practical Nursing License in the state of Ohio.

• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care aids.

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care within the LPN scope of practice and assist with examinations, documentation, and treatments.
• Prepare patients and exam rooms; assist providers with examinations, procedures, testing, and real-time documentation.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, educate patients within scope, and coordinate lab specimens and follow-up care.
• Maintain clinical operations by sterilizing equipment, managing supplies, and supporting scheduling and infection control standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, teamwork, effective communication, ongoing skills training, and adherence to safety.
