Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN licensure in PA or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Preferred 1 year healthcare experience.
• State-approved IV course certification.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation and assessment.
• PALS or ACLS may be required based on area.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards.
• Assist with equipment prep and support the physician/clinical provider during treatment, examination and testing.
• Collect assessment data and document information on patient records.
• Order and gather diagnostic tests and review results prior to assessment.
• Schedule procedures and obtain necessary authorizations.
• May administer injections or medications and collect specimens.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
