Qualifications

• PALS or ACLS may be required depending on practice area.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care per standards.
• Assists with equipment prep and supports physician/clinical provider during treatment and testing.
• Collects assessment data and documents it in the patient record.
• Orders diagnostic tests as directed and reviews results prior to provider assessment.
• Schedules procedures and obtains necessary authorizations.
• May administer injections or medications and collect specimens for testing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
