Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wyoming LPN license.
• CPR certification required per policy.
• Experience in ambulatory clinic nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record.
• Utilizes the nursing process to adapt interventions for age-appropriate care.
• Implements and evaluates care interventions and documents them.
• Evaluates progress toward the plan of care and coordinates with clinic providers.
• Educates patients and families regarding health status and care plan.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and adheres to policies.
