Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated LPN/LVN for outpatient clinic care in Ohio. This contract role offers 40+ hours weekly with potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, med administration, vital signs, EMR documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Must have an active LPN/LVN license, BLS, and 1+ year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document patient information in the EMR accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient outcomes.
• Attend to phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Provide patient education on self-care and disease management.
