OhioHealth is seeking a Nurse Manager for its clinic operations, responsible for day-to-day management of all office clinics and testing, in collaboration with physicians to direct patient flow. The role includes supervising a caseload of patients, coordinating labs and visits, and driving data quality through CareConnect.
The position requires an LPN license in Ohio, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and strong computer skills.

75% Responsible for day-to-day operations of all office clinics and office testing except Devise at some practice s and for working collaboratively with physicians and for directing patient flow.
Responsible for supervising a case load of patients by physician assignment, patient education, facilitating patient management and follow-up for lab tests, diagnostic procedures and office visits. Functions as liaison for patient and physician, obtaining information and coordinating that information in an organized way so as to enable the physician to make sound decisions regarding patient care. Responds to numerous phone calls from patients, triaging calls, resolves issues and communicates with the necessary parties.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking all clinical report functions in CareConnect to improve quality and outcomes. Responsible for tracking, referrals, pre-certifications, phone-calls and assisting in rooming and administering injections for two physicians.
Train new clinical staff on clinical work flows, processes and functionality for Primary Care and Sports Medicine.
Provide onsite CareConnect clinical super-user support to the following service lines:
