Inova Primary Care - Leesburg in Leesburg, VA is seeking an Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time, day shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm). The LPN will provide direct patient care under RN supervision and maintain accurate medical records as part of a high-quality outpatient care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Experience: 0 years of experience.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN.
• Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities.
• Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees.
• Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Inova Primary Care - Leesburg is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. This role will be full time day position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
