Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Outpatient Lab Phlebotomist- PRN, Days to join our lab team in Louisville. The role draws blood by capillary or venipuncture, properly labels tubes and delivers them to the Lab according to policy.

The position supports fast-paced outpatient collection and patient-centered service. PRN/First shift; no weekends or holidays required; prior lab experience preferred; BCLS may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) requirement is based on work location.
