Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practitioners to join our employed physician team in Feeding Hills, western Massachusetts. This is a not-for-profit integrated health system with a large multispecialty network and strong emphasis on physician well-being.

The role offers 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage, on-site lab, embedded behavioral health integration and AI scribe tools.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience working in a large integrated health system is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, APPs, nurses and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered internal medicine care with access to integrated behavioral health and specialty services.
• Work with physicians, APPs, nurses and other care team members.
• Leverage 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage and on-site lab.
• Utilize AI scribe and a state-of-the-art EMR to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with options for full-time and part-time roles.
