Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join the employed team at High Street Adult Community Health Center in western Massachusetts. The role includes outpatient, teaching, and community-based care within a NACQ patient-centered medical home.

You will precept residents and students while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across baystate locations, with opportunities for faculty appointment at UMass Chen School of Medicine and subspecialty support from Baystate

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient care and teaching is preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, primary care to a diverse inner-city population.
• Precept internal medicine residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including behavioral health and HIV specialists.
