Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an outpatient internal medicine physician for a locum tenens assignment in the United States. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekends or on-call duties.

Expect 18–20 patients per day with a mix of adult and geriatric care, using Cerner Ambulatory EMR. Position offers paid malpractice, prepaid travel and housing, and 24/7 access to Weatherby consultants.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Outpatient internal medicine clinic -- no hospital rounds.
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; no weekends or call.

Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management, acute care, and wellness visits.
• Maintain patient flow of 18–20 clinic patients per day.
