Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an outpatient internal medicine physician to cover a weekday schedule in Arizona. The clinic handles 18–20 patients per day with no weekend shifts or hospital rounds, and a patient mix of 75% adult and 25% adult-geriatric.

EMR is Cerner; BLS and ACLS are required. The assignment includes paid malpractice insurance and prepaid travel and housing expenses, with ongoing support from a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Outpatient internal medicine clinic with no hospital rounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine care.
• Manage chronic diseases, acute care, and wellness visits.
• Admit or refer as appropriate within outpatient setting.
