Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in Venice, FL seeks a full-time Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient role. You’ll manage 12–17 adult patients daily and earn a base salary with performance bonuses in a managed care setting.

Active FL MD/DO license, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in primary care are required. Competitive administrative support and a weekday schedule enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Primary Care or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (MD or DO).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans for adults.
• Manage chronic diseases and educate on prevention and health promotion.
• Conduct and document diagnostics with accurate ICD-10 coding.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for quality patient outcomes.
• Support dementia and geriatric care within internal medicine scope.
