Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily volume of 12–16 patients in 100% outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized care plans and lead a team-based support staff.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and chronic disease management for seniors.
• Maintain standard clinical documentation per Florida scope-of-practice regulations.
