Bronson Internal Medicine Portage in Portage, MI seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy outpatient practice. You will work with five physicians and two APPs, in a hospital-employed setting, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with minimal call.

Applicants must have an accredited NP/PA program, Michigan licensure, prescriptive authority, and a collaborative agreement. Relocation assistance, CME stipend, sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Accredited PA or NP program completed.
• Current Michigan licensure or in process.
• Prescriptive authority and collaborative agreement with physician(s) in place.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Perform histories, physical exams and develop a treatment plan.
• Coordinate care with the multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize SBAR for clear communication with team and patients.
• Maintain all requirements for medical staff privileges and documentation.
