Bronson Internal Medicine Portage in Portage, MI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy established Internal Medicine Practice. The role is hospital-employed, outpatient only, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and minimal call.

The candidate will work alongside 5 physicians and two APPs, with a team approach including an ambulatory care manager, social worker, pharmacist, and nurse triage.

Formación

• History and physical examinations with interpretation of tests.
• Develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
• Work in outpatient and inpatient settings; maintain clinician privileges.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations.
• Interprets laboratory and radiologic tests.
• Under physician direction, reviews findings and develops treatment plans.
• Be available for nursing questions and status changes of patients.
