Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Outpatient Infusion Manager for Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers in Roswell, GA. You will lead the infusion service line, oversee daily operations, and drive high-quality, patient-centered care across the clinic.

You will manage 30+ FTEs, partner with three physicians and three NP/PA, optimize workflows, and ensure staffing stability. Epic experience and oncology infusion expertise are essential to support growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active GA and/or compact RN license is required.
• Outpatient oncology and/or infusion experience is required.
• OCM certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Infusion Service Line.
• Lead 30+ FTEs across nursing, clinical, and support teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, NP/PA, and managers to optimize workflows.
• Drive staffing, patient-centered care, and operational scalability.
• Provide hands-on clinical leadership during emergencies.
