Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Outpatient Infusion Clinical Operations Manager (NP) to lead a network of ambulatory infusion clinics in Ontario, CA. This on-site, permanent role combines clinical oversight with operations leadership to drive patient-centered care.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, ensure compliance and quality standards, and achieve KPIs. This on-site position offers a strong culture, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Prefer 5 or more years related clinical experience.
• Proven experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's, etc.
• Active CA RN License.
